Aquesta instal\u00b7laci\u00f3 pertanyia a l\u2019embarcaci\u00f3 de rem de l\u2019equip <strong>Oceancats.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Aquest equip ha nascut per superar el repte de la <strong>TWAC 22<\/strong>, una carrera de rem oce\u00e0nic. Aquesta va de les Illes Can\u00e0ries (La Gomera), fins al Carib (Antigua i Barbuda). Aix\u00f2 vol dir que <strong>remaran m\u00e9s de 3.000 milles n\u00e0utiques <\/strong>(+ 4.800 km) de dia i de nit, durant m\u00e9s de 30 dies. Una bogeria.<\/p>\n<p>La seva <strong>missi\u00f3 <\/strong>per aquest projecte \u00e9s <strong>cuidar dels mars i oceans<\/strong>.\u00a0 Una de les formes de fer-ho, consisteix en l\u2019extracci\u00f3 d\u2019aigua per obtenir diferents mostres de cada zona. Posteriorment analitzar-ne els micropl\u00e0stics de cadascuna, calculant aix\u00ed el nivell de contaminaci\u00f3 de les aig\u00fces.<\/p>\n<p>A m\u00e9s, tamb\u00e9 han iniciat el projecte \u201c<strong>OceanSchools<\/strong>\u201d, a trav\u00e9s del qual l\u2019equip d\u2019Oceancats es dedica a anar a diferents escoles i institucions per conscienciar. Volen informar, sobretot als joves, sobre l\u2019estat dels mars i oceans, i dels problemes que suposa l\u2019exist\u00e8ncia de <strong>micropl\u00e0stics<\/strong>.
