The oil-based heating system and the electric air-conditioning system were costing more than \u20ac2,800 per year. Their goal was to find a solution that would reduce bills, improve comfort and use more sustainable energy sources.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"the-study-integral-solution-adapted-to-the-house\"><strong>The study: integral solution adapted to the house<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>After a technical visit and an analysis of the air conditioning needs, a <strong>high efficiency aerothermal<\/strong> system <strong>combined with underfloor heating<\/strong> for heating in winter and cooling in summer was proposed.<\/p>\n\n<p>The initial forecast estimated:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>60 % savings on energy bills<br\/><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Homogeneous temperature in all rooms<br\/><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Elimination of fossil fuels and reduction of emissions<br\/><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"the-installation-high-efficiency-aerothermal-energy-and-underfloor-heating\"><strong>The installation: high efficiency aerothermal energy and underfloor heating<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>An 8 kW <strong>Daikin Altherma<\/strong> aerothermal system was installed, together with a 200 l DHW tank.
