In addition, thermal comfort was limited, with uneven heat in winter and a portable air conditioner for the summer that did not cover the entire house. <\/p>\n\n<p>The objective of the energy reform was clear: to <strong>unify heating, cooling and domestic hot water in a single efficient, sustainable and more comfortable system.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"the-study-fan-coil-air-conditioning-as-an-integral-solution\">The study: fan-coil air-conditioning as an integral solution<\/h2>\n\n<p>After analyzing the floor and its insulation level, an <strong>air-water aerothermal<\/strong> system <strong>with fan coils<\/strong> was recommended.
