Can I take out a maintenance contract even if you didn't install my panels?
Yes. At Fotovol we offer a maintenance service for any photovoltaic installation, regardless of who installed it. Before starting the contract we carry out an initial inspection of the installation's condition to assess its real situation and detect any pre-existing issues. From there, we take charge of the maintenance as if it were our own installation.
What happens if my installation breaks down between visits?
The continuous monitoring included in all our plans detects any performance drop or fault in real time, before it becomes a major breakdown. If an incident is detected, we notify you immediately and assess the necessary action. Premium plan clients also have 2 annual technical visits included to resolve incidents on-site at no additional cost.
When will I start to notice the benefit of maintenance?
From day one. Continuous monitoring ensures your installation always produces at its maximum expected performance — any deviation is detected and corrected before it generates accumulated losses. In the long term, proper maintenance extends equipment life, avoids premature replacements and ensures manufacturer warranties are correctly activated when needed. The cost of the contract is more than recovered through additional production and avoided repairs.
